There is great anticipation for this year's AMB and IMTS trade shows. Because software is also a matter of trust and where else can you make contact more easily and hold initial discussions than at a trade show. Preview Release 2023
Of course, the new main release is also about making the application even better and more efficient for you. This includes a big facelift for TDM as well as simpler synchronization of databases. But the range calculation has also been optimized, which should be of particular interest to series producers. In TDM Global Line, the operational applications in the Tool Room and the handling of the tool life-cycle has also been further developed. We also provide insights into the new fixture management module for TDM Global Line.
New data services for customers: We take on the job of data creation
We now also have services for getting started with a tool management project, so you can get started much faster with the digital management of your tool data. TDM Systems has their own data team and is now providing data services for customers. Because it takes time to fill the database – even with our software tools. With our team, we have a unique pool of data expertise in order to quickly create your tool database, including 3D tool graphics.
Machine connections: Automated data flow
The hot topic on the digitally organized shopfloor is the connection of machines. This involves the automated transfer of tool and order data directly to the machine control system. Target and actual data, tool life, as well as feeds and cutting speeds, can be tracked and evaluated using various solutions. This provides you with maximum transparency and means that you do not lose any valuable machine hours.
